Privacy policy
This policy explains how TechieDoc handles personal data on ClassRounds, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Teachers: name, email address, username, the content you create, and plan and payment records (amount, date, payment reference). We do not see or store card or bank details; payments are processed by the payment provider or your UPI app.
- Students and respondents: only what an activity asks for, such as a display name, answers, roll number for attendance or assignments, and (only if the teacher enables it) location or a photo for attendance.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: running activities, showing results to the teacher who owns them, managing plans and payments, and replying to support requests. We do not sell personal data or show advertising.
Where it is stored
On Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Data is protected by access rules so that each teacher sees only their own activities.
How long
Teachers can delete activities and results at any time. Account data is deleted on request. Payment records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to techiedoc.support@gmail.com. We respond within 7 working days.
Cookies
We use only the browser storage needed to keep you signed in and save drafts. No tracking or advertising cookies.
