These terms govern the use of ClassRounds (https://classrounds.web.app), operated by TechieDoc (Proprietor: Vignesh D), Main Road, Thambiranpatti, Vellur Block, Perambalur District, Tamil Nadu 621104, India. By using the service you agree to them.

  1. Service. ClassRounds provides online teaching tools: live quizzes, word clouds, attendance, statistics, forms and surveys, assignments and slide presenting.
  2. Accounts. Teachers create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Students may join activities without an account.
  3. Plans and payment. After the free trial, creating new activities requires a prepaid plan as listed on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all charges. Plans do not renew automatically.
  4. Your content. Material you upload (questions, forms, slides, data) remains yours. You grant us permission to store and display it only to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. You confirm you have the right to use it.
  5. Acceptable use. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, upload harmful or infringing material, collect personal data without consent, or attempt to bypass security or payment checks.
  6. Research data. Teachers who collect research data are responsible for ethics approval and participants' consent.
  7. Availability. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Please download important results regularly.
  8. Statistics. Statistical tools are an aid; results should be checked before publication.
  9. Suspension. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
  10. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms or prices. Plans already purchased are honoured for their full period.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Perambalur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
